The hotel and the room were all beautifully updated. The bed was comfy and pillows were great.That location is OK, it is a short scooter ride to most restaurants and bars. The bar right across the street was very nice. We sat outside on a beautiful evening to have a drink. We were pleasantly surprised that rally was such a beautiful and clean city and can’t wait to go back! Great restaurants from our stay included the Morning Times, the Big Easy, Taverna Agora and Parkside Restaurant. The Red Hat amphitheater was truly amazing.

The decor and fittings are wonderful. It is clearly either brand new or recently fully renovated. Spotless, and nothing even slightly in disrepair. I also loved that they had a steamer rather than an iron!

Raleigh is a beautiful, walkable city. You'll pay a little more to reach it from the Casso, but I found it worthwhile. A perfect place to start the day and end it. Great service, fantastic food, Goldilocks bed. The front desk is very helpful as well.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The on-site parking was a bit confusing, perhaps only to me, but they were very helpful about making sure I understood. The bar area was great in the evening and the breakfast nook was perfect and delicious the next morning. The decor is fun and kitschy and the bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow cloud. Would definitely return and stay again!

Tons of little details, super cute. My favorite was the squirrel statue by the elevator and the bar. The staff is really friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to assist their guests. Some of the staff are bilingual, Spanish/English, what it can makes the time you spend at this property even more comfortable and relaxed for some customers.

Mattress and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced.

The food in the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff members Jack (dinner) and Asia (breakfast) were execellent! I will definitely stay again in the future.
